of chromatographic methods - System suitability, precision, accuracy, limit
of
detection, limit of quantification etc.
5. (2 hours) Scaling up to preprative chromatography
(Overloading conditions) and scaling down
to Narrow bore analytical chromatography down to capillary LC.
6. (1 hours) Chiral chromatography for the analysis of enantiomers
7. (1 hours) Analysis of ions - Ion Chromatography (IC) and Capillary electrophoresis.
8. (1 hours) Analysis
of polymers - Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) for the determination
of
molecular
weight distribution
